What is covered?
We secure what matters:

  • Material and manufacturing defects
  • Defective zippers
  • Sewing defects

Most DICOTA products are protected by our 30-year lifetime warranty. Different conditions apply to individual product lines:

  • 30-year warranty on all DICOTA brand cutting and sewing products
  • 5-year warranty on products in the ONE series – our value line for everyday use
  • 2-year warranty on mechanical components (e.g. trolley wheels, telescopic handles)


What is excluded?
Even the best companion has its limits. The following are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unintentional or improper use
  • Water or environmental damage
  • Force majeure (e.g. natural disasters)
